Barbera – Sunset Cellars, Napa Valley, 2004 Wine Review
Barbera – Sunset Cellars, Napa Valley, 2004
This wine had a lot to live up to, especially since Barbera wines have slowly been growing in popularity in recent years. The
wine maker is well known for providing wines that are slightly acidic, but balanced out by other flavors. You’ll find plenty of blackberries and dark cherries in this wine, and you won’t be disappointed when you do. It’s got a strong nose that instantly shows it’s not going to be just for easy drinking, and it really opens up after a little bit of breathing time.
