Trilogy – Flora Springs, Napa Valley, 2004 Wine Reviews
Trilogy – Flora Springs, Napa Valley, 2004
This trilogy didn’t seem to have the hallmarks of a hugely popular white wine, but it certainly managed to become just that
in 2009. Produced in Napa Valley in 2004, it won all sorts of accolades for being a full bodied yet smooth effort that captured the hearts and minds of both Europe, and the US market. It’s not cheap, and for this price you’re going to expect plenty of flavor, which is exactly what you get from this Trilogy. It works beautifully well with pasta and fish, especially heavier flavors incorporated into those food types. It’s also worth pairing this with a heavier dessert, but for that you might want to consider a dessert wine.
